Derek's #moirder Mission

This week is Games Brittania. It's being held at the Magna Centre in Rotherham.

Games Britannia is part of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council’s Childrens Festival, staged at the awe-inspiring Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham.
Our mission is to get children and teachers all over the country creating videogames, giving them the best possible guidance on career pathways that suit them, and to celebrate Great Britain’s glorious videogame heritage.

Games Brittania has teamed up with The Workshop and The Geography Collective, and we are running an event during Games Brittania where delegates can take part in a special set of missions as the event is one of our CHALLENGERS on Mission Explore.

Videogames are brilliant, and British videogames are even better! Games Britannia missions are fun, exciting and test your abilities and knowledge on some of the greatest games hardware and software of all time.
To become a Videogame Hero you’ll be asked questions about games, find special locations that are important to videogames, perform heroic deeds with controllers, and generally have a great time.
As you develop your videogaming powers, remember to use them for good! True videogame heroes know when to get up and leave the console, take a break and go and get food and drink. It’s not all about fragging old ladies.
Who knows, if you manage to successfully complete enough challenges, you may win fabulous prizes and the chance to visit the epic Games Britannia festival itself!

One of the missions was created by my friend, and games-based-learning guru Derek Robertson.

It's based around a short AUDIOBOO, which you need to listen to first.

You can then sign in to MISSION EXPLORE, accept and complete the mission.
Good luck....

It's #moirder.....
