Thanks to the Southwold Fieldwork Academy for sharing some of their images taken from their drone filming recently, on the day that it was clear that the Easternmost House had succumbed to coastal erosion, and was being emptied ready for demolition.
Juliet Blaxland had featured in the local paper previously. I've been reading her book on living in 'The Easternmost House'.
Her house was 'gone' by Christmas as she predicted sadly.

#TheEasternmostHouse erosion etc @BBCLookEast, including a passage from the book imagining the demolition scene, read by me inside the house, a week before it all goes... [6:40ish] 🌊🕊️https://t.co/9cnpS7VAah— Juliet Stibbe (@JulietBlaxland) December 12, 2019
