Half term is a time for reading and I have several excellent books on the go at the moment, and a few more that I completed.
The latest is Ice Rivers by Jemma Wadham which describes her life amongst glaciers.
The book is excellent and ranges between Greenland, Svalbard and the Scottish Highlands, along with other locations incuding the Andes, where Jemma worked researching glaciers which were dramatically melting, which threatened the water supply of neighbouring communities.
