Urban change: using the GA City Guides to plan fieldwork
The new versions of the GA's City Guides, written by Andy Owen are available to buy from the GA Shop, for immediate digital download.
UK cities are undergoing rapid change and provide opportunities for a range of interesting and worthwhile fieldwork enquiries across all key stages. This session will use ideas from the GA Guides to Fieldwork in Bristol, London, Manchester and Liverpool and the use of local urban environments and virtual technologies to investigate changing places at GCSE and A level.
