Using literacy to improve everyday geography

The literacy skills of reading, writing, listening, talking and vocabulary acquisition are essential for exploring geographical ideas and communicating geographical knowledge clearly. This session will share ideas that have been used in the secondary geography classroom that have helped improve the quality of geography produced by students on an everyday basis.
