Assault and pepper

A very useful and interesting piece by Anna Sulan Masing. This is going to be useful for a number of topics - our Food for Thought topic, but also the unit on the stories of commodities that we use. Many of us will put pepper on our food or into our food without considering the importance of this spice at different periods of history and the stories that lead it to our plate.
