Started yesterday. My favourite sporting event of the year.

Chapeau to Adam Yates for winning the first stage which went through the Basque country around Bilbao.

If you want me for the next three weeks I'll mostly be watching the Tour...

It is a sign of the times that there need to be plans to avoid the race being disrupted by protestors, and also concerns about the impact of the current deteriorating situation in some French cities.
