If you wanted a sign of how mean spirited and uncaring the government is, one of its many acts was to order the painting over of a mural at a detention centre which welcomed children, many of whom may have been separated from, or lost, their parents on their lawful journey to seek asylum.
Now a group of cartoonists has put together a colouring book which is designed to be handed to child migrants, many of whom have come through these terrors and deprivations and risked their lives.
You can support the project here. I have supported the project financially. The minimum donation is £3 which will pay for a copy of the book and some coloured pencils. Well done to those cartoonists.
