I was a Fawcett Fellow for 2023-4: part of a small group of teachers from a wide range of contexts: primary / secondary / state / independent / free school, and from those newish to the career to people like me who'd been doing it for 30 years.
I recommend that you consider applying if you have been teaching for at least three years.
