Practical Pedagogies #2 - heading for Cologne

Thursday was a day for the train... first tube to St. Pancras where I had a coffee and then quickly passed through check in and passport control (no queues) and onto Eurostar to Brussels. 

This arrived on time, although I had anticipated a delay and built in a longer delay than I really needed.  Gave me a chance to head for the Carrefour.

It was good to be back at the station which I passed through many times when I was doing ERASMUS+ projects.

Onto the DBahn train to Cologne which was quiet for most of the way, although the police did come on and drag a passenger off for having no passport when we crossed the border near Aachen. 

Arrived in Cologne by 4pm.
