A new set of videos has been added to the BBC Bitesize website area on Africa.
Join presenter, Chioma, on location for a guide to the continent of Africa, stretching from the Sahara Desert in the north to Cape Point in the south. Africa is home to 18% of the planet's population - 1.5 billion people - living in 54 different countries. In this series of short films Chioma reflects the extraordinary diversity of the continent, while considering some of the unique challenges it faces and the opportunities for the future.
On each page you will find Teacher Notes offering guidance on the content of each film and suggestions for how best to use them. The Notes are supported by maps and a range of other resources.
