Substack #21 now published

It's time to post Substack #21. The weekly newsletter that I started back in the first week of January.

It's going well so far, with over 250 subscribers, although there's always room for more. I doubt it will ever be monetised and it will continue to share some of the wider geographical work that I do to support colleagues.
