After a week-long blogging break, it's back to it as we get stuck into another New Year. I brought it in in one of the houses in this image... which is recommended as a holiday let.
I hope you have some exciting things planned for 2026.
I'm going to be stuck into a few project as always, alongside my teaching. They include:
my involvement in the EMO-GI ERASMUS+ project which will run through the year, including trips to several European cities
completing a long writing project with Collins in January
work as Chair of the RGS’s Education Committee (and preparing to support teachers through whatever occurs next in the Curriculum and Assessment Review)
moderating Primary and Secondary Quality Marks for the GA in the summer
a potential 2nd European project depending on funding decisions
Field tutor work in Iceland with Rayburn Tours
I also have a couple of book projects that I’ll continue to work on, one of which was started during the COVID19 lockdown.
They'll be mentioned here on LivingGeography of course, and also on the weekly Substack newsletter (subscribe here).
