Margate, Kent
Market Rasen, Lincolnshire

Newbiggin by the Sea, Northumberland
Stockport, Greater Manchester
Stockton on Tees, Teesside
Wolverhampton, West Midlands
No Norfolk winners unfortunately..
Perhaps students could be put in groups and allocated a town.
