One of the 'worst' things about Twitter is that it costs me so much money.
Every few days, I come across a book which is recommended by somebody and which I wouldn't have come across otherwise. Further investigation reveals it to be so intriguing that I'm tempted into a purchase, despite the fact that every horizontal surface in my house is piled with books at the moment...
The latest came with a recommendation from no less than Robert MacFarlane.
It's started really strongly, and describes the connection that people have with the landscape, and in this case, the story of Lauret's own history and family.
