3D models in Powerpoint

Many of us have been finding out new Powerpoint features during lockdown, alongside the Design features which I've been using to tart up a few boring slides on occasions.

There is the option to record your voice over slides and then export as mp4. This has allowed us to make instructional videos to upload to our VLE.
A further addition to new versions of Powerpoint is a series of 3D Models.
There are lots of sets of these.

Quite a few are of relevance to geographers.

Dioramas - there's a river valley type image




Also check out the GEOLOGY section and others.
They can be rotated and animation sequences set up along with triggers to produce a labelling activity, for example.
One I'm going to explore for the new academic year.
