This is a film being made by David Baillie, and was being publicised recently by Professor Iain Stewart. It's a film about climate change of course, but a different angle: that it will lead to an increased risk of armed conflict in the region, with increased interest from Russia and China, as the melting ice reveals raw materials, minerals, and opens up sea routes.
