The 15 minute city - a new TED talk

A new Carlos Moreno TED talk has just been published. 

I would have preferred to have it in his own language with subtitles to keep it clearer to watch.

I am making use of the 15 minute city concept in a number of current writing projects to explore what it might mean for local places.
