Migrant City

I've been reading Ben Rogaly's book: 'Stories from a Migrant City'.

The publishers' web page is here.

The book explores the city of Peterborough and the experiences of different migrants with their individual contexts. It has a good structure which disguises its scholarship between stories and testimonies from people who see the arrival of migrants differently. The subtitle is 'Living and working together in the shadow of Brexit' and explores how this changed the relationship with the city and also for some their home countries.

This is very much a local scale example, but Parag Khanna has a forthcoming book called 'Move' which is out in October and explores the coming climate migration in the decades ahead.
