I listened to the latest issue of GeogPod on the way home from work yesterday. The running time is perfect as it's just about the length of my journey to or from school.
The episode featured John Lyon in conversation with Dr Simon Carr who works in Ambleside, and talked about the importance of asking simple but powerful questions about the landscape and using the most important piece of equipment that geographers have (something I told the Year 4s at my school ahead of their recent trip to Hunstanton): the 'Mark 1 Eyeball'.
New #GeogPod episode out today! This week @GAGeogger spoke to @DrSimonCarr about the importance of getting out and seeing a landscape with your own eyes, amongst many other things! Listen on your podcast app or listen via this link >>> https://t.co/abhkIX1lpu pic.twitter.com/tLYBAooS0t
