Climate Code Shirt #2

As mentioned in a recent blog post my new shirt finally arrived, four months after pre-ordering.

I also contacted the company and am making connections re. a visit to school, and the involvement of the British Antarctic Survey.

The DressCode approach to fashion has always been to embrace ‘slow, sustainable fashion’. Shirts that will last a long time, with designs that are timeless. For this project we are using Tencel, a sustainable plant based fabric and printing digitally to reduce the amount of water and heat required to print onto the weave.

To go along with the shirt, several videos have also been made to show the link between the shirt and the climate data it contains.
