Are we there yet?

As we move around cities we are often dealing with systems which are old, and are updates of previous older systems which worked in broadly similar ways. 

I have been given a review copy of this new book by Pete Dyson and Rory Sutherland and having read the first part of the book, I know that I am going to enjoy reading it.
