The Climate Emergency is going to make crossing from Mexico into the USA even more dangerous than it is currently by increasing the heat stress in those areas of the desert and speed up water loss.
This piece of research, published in Science identifies the areas where deaths are more likely to occur, by increasing particular factors.
They have used georeferenced data from Humane Borders.
