GAConf22: Everyday 'A' level teaching for new teachers - #28 of many

The latest in a series of posts showcasing sessions which are included in the programme for the GA Conference in April 2022.

This is the sort of session that the GA Conference is very good at offering for delegates, and meets a real need for many teachers who are relatively new to the profession.

It is presented by Ellie Barker and Laura-Jayne Ward who are taking over as co-chairs of the Post-16 and HE committee of the GA later this year.

This session is aimed at PGCE students, ECTs or teachers who are just starting A level teaching.

Ellie and Laura have a range of experience teaching A level and mentoring ECTs.

Sometimes A level planning can seem really daunting, take ages to plan and just feel overwhelming. This session will go through the key elements of A level teaching, resources that can save you time, and how best to support all abilities of students.
