Given the link with the National Fieldwork Week it's good to see geography fieldwork being a strong theme at the conference, with plenty of sessions giving ideas for taking students outside. There are three visits on the Monday the 11th of April, and this is one of them.

Get them outside! Everyday inspiration for KS2 geography
FSC tutors are experts in fieldwork and bringing the environment to life for primary school pupils. In this session we will use the natural world around the venue to showcase ideas and resources that can engage and inspire pupils to see the small geographies in the world around them and to make meaningful personal links to bigger geographical themes.
