The latest in a series of posts showcasing sessions which are included in the programme for the GA Conference in April 2022.

This session will give an update on the work that has been taking place on the VOICES PROJECT.

Every day, voices are marginalised in our curriculum and classrooms. 

This workshop explores how the VoicesProject audio resources can be used in classrooms to centre the stories of marginalised groups and explore the structures ‘othering’ these communities. 

We will also introduce the ‘in-school’ VoicesProject, which can be used to help you centre everyday geographies within classrooms through collaborative oral geography projects.
