GAConf22: Mentoring geography teachers for a more just and inclusive geographical future - #72 of many
This session is presented by two people who are definitely experts in the area they are speaking about.
Grace Healy is involved with the GA's Geography Research Working Group.
Steve Puttick works at the University of Oxford.
I saw a preview of this session at the GTE Conference in January 2022.
The session will distil key insights developed by a wide range of geography educators as they came together to critically explore mentoring in Mentoring Geography Teachers in the Secondary School. Mentors in the session will have the opportunity to re-think practical strategies they might adopt, including in observations, during meetings, and when giving feedback to beginning geography teachers.
