Another lecture with a great title and that I am looking forward to seeing.

Geographers as ‘culture vultures’

This session will explore the importance of culture in the study of geographical issues, centring on arguments of performativity and a social constructivist epistemology. 
It seeks to highlight the importance of film, TV, music, literature and other cultural forms in our perception of the world and discuss the implications of this for teachers in geography.
