The importance of Salt marshes

I am very fortunate to have the Norfolk coast a short drive from where I live. 

It is a rather beautiful part of the world. 

Over the years, I have taken hundreds of students on fieldwork to this area, and one of the places we have visited numerous times is Stiffkey Salt Marsh.
