Danny's work has been influential for many decades, going back (for me) to his work at the University of Sheffield.
His work has always been connected with the idea of inequality. He co-created the Worldmapper project with Ben Hennig and Anna Barford, and also produced a series of videos in Sheffield with Carl Lee back in 2010. These can still be viewed on YouTube.

There is a bit of an overlap with a new series by David Olusoga called 'Union'. It starts on Monday.
