A-Z of Food

Food is a topic which I will be teaching once again in the new year. It's one of my favourites and I have a whole range of resources. 

Alastair Humphreys has been mentioned on the blog recently, with his new book 'Local'.

Last year, he shared an idea for exploring food, particularly for those who might live in a large city. This involved exploring the world foods available.

Recently I was over in Harlesden in NW London, and saw a huge variety of food places from different cuisines.
