This is a striking image. 

I have a few similar ones - I particularly look out for developments whose names give clues that they are at risk of being affected by flooding for those who might be thinking of buying there. The recent wet weather has exposed a number of developments that were built in unsuitable locations.

Here's one of mine, taken while going over to do a talk at the GA's Stoke on Trent branch.
