Back in the day when there were few geography websites, one of the best was Rob Chambers' GeoBytes.
I made use of it quite a lot, especially when Rob taught the same GCSE specs as me, so I could make use of his revision and other materials. There were a range of materials that he created, including a very useful directory of websites.
He has now closed the site down.

As with SLN Geography, and GeographyPages, such developments have their moment, and also live on in the memories of those who were 'there' at the time...
