Fish and Chips

For me, this is my favourite meal, when done properly, and it is always done properly at the Fish Shed at Darts Farm in Devon. This was what I ate last week on my most recent visit: a perfect fresh piece of haddock. 

All the fish are freshly line caught on small day boats.
