A new book from the LSE is available free of charge.
It explores the topic of 'How Africa Eats' - a fresh perspective on the food security debate.
For example, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) estimates that 82 per cent of African countries’ basic food comes from outside the continent.
I loved this illustration which accompanied the LSE blog post linked to above.
The book can be downloaded for free.
