Most teachers write resources for their own classrooms - I would hope that would be all teachers, but some may work in contexts where resources are provided, or make use of textbooks (hopefully the Discover Geography series), or be specialists in other subjects.
Some also write resources for other teachers to use...
I've just finished work on my latest textbook series. I've worked on quite a few over the years, I may have mentioned them... and the series editor for this latest one was Mark Enser. The authors and Mark (who also wrote some of the series) worked as a team to add a number of additional elements to this series.
Mark has written a piece for the TES which was published a few weeks ago, and also added elements to his Substack.
The piece contains some interesting suggestions for those teachers who might be writing for others.
