DG Outtake #4: Happy Planet

This is one of a series of blog posts linked to the research I did for the 'Discover Geography' series, and mentioning some of the reading I did to prepare some of the chapters.

The Happy Planet Index is a measure of happiness which could be used to compare with some of the more 'traditional' economic measures of development used to compare countries.
