This is one of a series of blog posts linked to the research I did for the 'Discover Geography' series, and mentioning some of the reading I did to prepare some of the chapters.
Not all of this material made it into the final book so I'm sharing it in these posts.
This micro-site accompanies the 2020 book by the author Roman Krznaric.
I have used this book quite a few times in presentations and resources that I have written since it was published, and also referenced it to support the final chapter of the Year 9 book in the Discover Geography series.
There are some really helpful graphics within the book to get you thinking about futures thinking and thinking in the longer term rather than the shorter term. Some cathedral thinking is certainly needed. This idea was picked up by a report which has been in the news today from the World Inequality Lab. The Guardian reported on it this morning.
